How do Daily Harvest deliveries work?

You’re in control of how you shop with Daily Harvest. Place a one-time order of one of our curated boxes, or subscribe to get your favorites delivered on a schedule with a recurring discount.

Choose what works best for your routine; we make it simple to stay stocked with radically easy, nutritionist-crafted food either way.

After your order ships, we’ll email tracking details so you can follow your box right to your doorstep.

What is Daily Harvest?

We make healthy habits as easy as possible – one small, repeatable step at a time. Our products are thoughtfully portioned and easily prepared to fit into the natural moments of your day. Delivered to your door and ready in under 5 minutes, we make it incredibly easy to eat more fruits and vegetables.

What is the minimum amount I can order?

To check out with frozen items only, your order must contain a minimum of 6 items.

Some items such as Pea Protein do not require a minimum purchase.

How do I place my first order?

You can choose to set up a subscription, which includes discounted pricing, our loyalty program and several other benefits or you can place a one-time order of a curated box.

Enter your shipping preference and billing information at checkout. We'll follow up with an email confirmation and give you a heads-up once the box has shipped.

Sign up for a subscription to save money on your order and future orders! If you sign up for a subscription, you can modify your items, delivery schedule, and plan preference whenever you'd like. Plus, you can customize our flexible deliveries and variable plan options based on your needs.

How do I view my order history?

Answer: To view your order history, log into your account and go to your my plan page. At the bottom of the page, you'll find a section called previous orders with a link to the order history page.

Why are some of the Daily Harvest items frozen?

By freezing our ingredients and prepared items, we can deliver the highest quality nutrients, flavors, and textures. Our produce is picked and frozen at peak ripeness, some within hours of harvest. In comparison, store-bought produce is frequently harvested before it's ready and left to ripen in transit, leaving you with unsatisfactory flavor and nutrient contents. Keeping Daily Harvest frozen also helps us make your life a little easier: you can stock your freezer with meals built on organic fruits + vegetables that are ready and easy to prep when you need them.

How should Daily Harvest be stored?

All of our products, except our Protein Powder and Organic Seed + Fiber Blend, are frozen - this helps to preserve nutrition and allows you to keep healthy food on hand! Our products will ship frozen on dry ice, and should be stored in your freezer upon receipt.
